The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for communicating parish, school, and ministry initiatives, programs, and events, among the parish and school community. The Marketing Coordinator develops, implements, and maintains the total parish marketing strategy with the parishioners and staff through the use of the following communication tools:
- Parish-wide and ministry marketing materials
- Website management to include regular updates and maintenance
- Bulletin, Flocknote and social media management

The Assistant to the Pastor position is a key staff position in the Parish; the Assistant is the gatekeeper for the Pastor enabling him to work in a more focused, efficient manner to meet his own goals & objectives for the Parish. The Assistant fields phone calls, takes requests for meetings and coordinates various aspects of interdepartmental communication relieving the Pastor of most administrative tasks; collaborates with Director of Business Operations and Leadership Team to keep projects and initiatives on track.

The Youth Minister will provide visionary leadership and oversight to the youth ministry, fostering an environment where young people grow in their faith, build lasting relationships, and develop leadership skills. This role requires a passionate, dynamic individual with a heart for serving youth and leading them in their spiritual journey. The leader will collaborate with volunteers, parents, and church leadership to create a thriving and supportive ministry for youth of all backgrounds. An open, flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, and mandatory attendance at all youth events.
