DESCRIPTION:The fall 40 Days for Life campaign kicks off on Wednesday\, September 23. We invite you to get involved early by joining in a Eucharistic Procession around Planned Parenthood on Saturday\, September 26\, from 10:00–11:00 am. The address is 7155 E 38th Avenue\, Denver. Following the Eucharistic Procession\, Fr. Javier O’Connor will celebrate Mass at 11:30. Please join us as we continue to work for an end to abortion\, conversion of those who work in the abortion industry\, and prayer for those who are considering abortion.

SUMMARY:High School Ministry Kickoff!
DESCRIPTION:We invite all high school teens to join us for a kickoff social on Saturday\, Sep. 26 following the 4:30 pm Mass. We will meet at 5:30 pm at St. Mary Park or the Youth Room (depending on weather). \nWe will present the calendar we are preparing for high school events this year. We are trying to accommodate as many families as possible which is why we will be having events on various days throughout the year. \nHere is an outline of our plan: \n\nAdoratio with JPII: Holy Hour with Eucharistic Adoration dedicated to the youth of the parish every first Thursday of the month (beginning Oct. 1st at 7:00 pm)!\n2–3 Small group meetings per month\nOne Large group gathering each month\nMonthly hikes where the youth can join the Wojtyla Hikers ministry\n3-4 “culture building” events throughout the year (talent show\, poetry reading\, dancing \, etc.)\n\nDuring the 2–3 weeks of each month where small groups will meet\, those can be flexibly scheduled and meet at a family’s home. \nRegistrations are open!
